In accordance to the guidelines issued by Central Ground Water Authority (CGWA) dated 24th September 2020, constituted under the Environmental Protection Act, all Industries, Infrastructure, & Mining projects are withdrawing groundwater and require prior permission to draw groundwater from the competent authority.
